The market for security and forensics services is led by Governments, police and private security services and a heightened awareness of security and intelligence needs. Examples of products and services on call include:

• anti-terrorist communications surveillance and suspect locating
• communications analysis (storage, filtering, key word search)
• asset and VIP locating and security
• denial of service for prisons and other State facilities
• crime scene forensics
• “smart” bomb jammers.

There is also an increased usage of mobile traffic for crime solving and politically sensitive internationally sponsored investigations.

Delma MSS supplies security products and services in the following areas:

• Communications Monitoring – including mobile and static off-air interception and decryption of mobile telephone voice and data calls (GSM) and handsets (IMSI Grabbing). The Delma mapping tools have been re-engineered and upgraded to enable the user to position himself optimally, vis a vis a target, to best advantage for intercepting GSM traffic.
• Covert Surveillance and Detection - traditional and technical covert surveillance within national boundaries and across international boundaries.
• Counter Surveillance – the Delma mapping tools have been re-engineered and upgraded to uncover and pinpoint the source of unufriendly surveillance activity.
• Protection of Vulnerable Persons – systems for the location and tracking of valuable human resources whether these are family members, VIPs, hostages, dignitaries or workers deployed into areas of high risk. This includes a duress alarm system incorporated into the user’s mobile phone allowing the individual to alert the system to an emergency or hightened danger.
• Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) – jamming equipment and ECM devices to counter the growing problem of improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
• Secure Communications – stealth and encrypted phones suitable for VIPs, politicians or corporate executives who may wish to be confident in the security of their inter-personnal voice and text communications from time to time.
• Denial of Service - a proprietary denial of services system (SentryZone™) allowing Governments, security services, prison facility operators and private estate or building owners to regulate the use of mobile phones within a defined area without interference to the surrounding network.
• Crime Scene Forensics – as a direct consequence of the development of mobile network analysis systems and mobile handset locating systems, Delma has been able to develop mobile network forensics systems with associated methodologies for the accurate placing of target handsets at, or not at, a crime scene (as the case may be). Delma has worked with several Law Enforcement agencies in proving this crime scene forensics capability.
